 X-Fi Sound Blaster - No Sound hi, i have just bought a x-fi extreme music sound blaster sound card and there is no sound coming out of my speakers. i am running vista ultimate x64. i have installed it, rebooted and no sound is coming out of my speakers, all volume controlls are maxed on both the windows sound pannel and the x-fi controll pannel, i have tried all the sockets on the card but none work. i read on other forums that disabling the onboard sound sometimes fixes it but i have no option in my bios for that, i disabled the onboard audio in the device manager but that didnt fix it either. so if anyone could give me some advise before i get a refund for my card, please do  |

| X-Fi Sound Blaster - No Sound If it is installed properly all it can be is the options, make sure it isn't muted or disabled deep in any menus. |
