Hmmmm. ..... it's not sounding too good.

Try tapping "F2" at boot up, to get into bios .... if you can't get into bios, then there would seem to be a hardware fault.

Impossible to say really .... it could be a power issue or motherboard issue, but you will need to take it to a repair shop for diagnosis.
Unlike Desktop PCs, Laptops are not easy to work on, when things go wrong, so you cannot do much yourself, apart from what you have tried already.

The fact that you cannot boot into bios, rules out any OS problems.
