I believe the default screen width is 800 piuxels, so if Werx has it running it higher, at 1024, he can fit more on it, all be it a bit smaller.

Seen reviews on it in CustomPC, seems alright, as everything is like a cut-down version of your usual laptop.

Nice idea from Asus, too, though I won't be buying one.

I have a loveleee [see what i did ^_^] EEEpc - 4g 701 + 2gb RAM and 8GB sdhc card. I *did* have Ubuntu on it but the funtion key lack of, er, function was annoying me. Dunno why, just was. So i've gone back to deafault Xandros - which isn't too bad.. i do have advanced desktop, beryl and added repos, so...

To be honest, i have one but i'm not tooo sure what i use it for other than messing about with le linux.

BTW - ubuntu [normal version] ran AMAZINGLY fast on it - even with Compiz-Fusion [custom mode with 3d deskto pand pretty much everyother animated quirk ON!] The compiz worked beautifully aswell... mebbe it's thanks to the extra ram? But defo worth it. I'm hoping some better eee + ubuntu support comes along..

Now i want the 9" screen ones coming out in April :(

but i find it easy to use for things like skype - the microphone works superbly - even if it is on the bottom, and i found using skype with no headset and just the built in stuff worked amazzzzzzzzing!

WEbsite's display well aswell!

Just want a trendy bag for it now...

but like i said - i'm not sure what i'm using it for! [though it's an excuse for plenty of coffee in wifi free cafés! :P ]

I use my EeePC to mix my mp3 and digital files.
Just look at this video.
EeePC, Hercules DJ Console and MixVibes HOME Edition software.
