Default Blue Screen/Graphics Card Problem Help

Remove the little cover panels on the bottom and blow it all out, blow all the fans and heatsinks clean.. Use a can of compressed air if possible.

Ok. Is there any way she could mess it up by doing that? Have just been looking at youtube videos on how to clear the dust which is helping a bit.

Please do not start duplicate threads, splitting the problem just confuses all involved. Work from one, per problem. Thanks.

Cleaning is very simple, remove the panel on the base that reveals the fan, then clean any dust by blowing, using a small paintbrush or a can of compressed air. If need be clean around the fan and up the ducts that lead to it.

One screw is very tight and wont move at all - is there any way to loosen it to get it to move? Its the last one and main one to remove the cover.
