Can Internal TV Tuners Be Added to Laptop

I am about to purchase an Acer AS6930 or 6935 - can't quite make my mind up on that yet. But in any case I would like to use it for viewing TV (in the kitchen etc) and would like to know if it is possible to install an internal TV tuner such as a Hauppauge WINTV HVR-4000, or something similar - or is there no space in a lap to pand the only option would be an external tuner. If it has to be an external tuner, are there any available with a remote control?
