Default Choosing a Decent Laptop

Hi everyone,

I’m looking at getting a new laptop soon, and thought I’d come here and ask the community’s advice. I don’t have my heart set on a particular brand or model, although would like something with at least 2GB of RAM, probably something with a dual-core processor and definitely something with wireless. It would be a great plus as well if it could manage some games well. I’m not necessarily looking for the latest and greatest, but if it can manage something like Oblivion or S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (or something even newer) on mid to high settings that would be spectacular.

Price isn’t a huge issue, but something under $2,000 AU (about ₤900/$1,765 US) would be best (although less is always good).

Thanks,
Krystofor
