| Hello all, first post here so please be nice The keyboard on the above lappy developed an intermitant and then terminal keyboard failure, at first keys would stick then not work at all. So I figured out how to remove the keyboard and heypresto with the keyboard out it works fine but as soon as I try to klip it back in the keys stop working, so now Im typing with the keyboard suspended ontop of marker pens ![]() Ive figured out how to remove the ribbons but it strikes me that the main ribbon is quite creased where it doubles back on itself So im still in the situation where when I try to clip it back in it stops working!! Any thought or advice would be hugely welcome |

| So what happens, you put the keyboard in the laptop and the keys start to stick, then yoiu remove it and they become unstuck? Well, you could try getting any gunk out of it, but I'm not sure what could be happening. |
