Default Dell D620 Keyboard Delete Key Stuck

Hello,
I have a Dell Laptop here and the delete key is stuck. I took the keyboard off to make sure nothing was spilt and also to make sure nothing was broken under the delete button. It pushes in fine and seems to work normally but every time I try to type something it just deletes it. I turned the computer off then tried to turn it back on and it just beeps at me like crazy. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Usually beeps mean one of two faults, video or ram.Since the D620 has one of the ram slots under the keyboard, you might want to check it out. Be sure to unplug the notebook and remove the battery justin case. Reseat the ram. As far as deleting when you type, that sounds like a virus.
