Default Dell L400 RAM Upgrade

hey fellas, new here but not new to computers. ive aquired a dell latitude l400 in great shape. i upgraded the harddrive to a 160GB western digital unit. i need to upgrade the ram but ill be damned if i can figure out how to get the thing apart.

ive searched the web high and low for a scematic to no avail. it dosnt have a removable back plate like most. im thinking its a top loader like a old apple ibook.

any help is apericated.

Their online scanner will tell you what RAM type/speed you need.

Ooo, then that's going to be tricky.

It's a case of removing all the screws from the bottom and prising things apart, it is not simple.

Are you sure there is space for the RAM, 99% of laptops that can have extra RAM have the removable cover.
