Default Graphic card: ATI RADEON X1250??

Guys, im still looking for a better card for my budget..

my choices are limited to these graphic cards:

1) Intel GMA X3100

2) NVIDIA GeForce 7000M

3) NVIDIA GeForce 7150M

4) ATI Radeon X1250

5) ATI Radeon X1270

Which of these card is the best graphic card?

finally i have to make my final decision... :)

Just for clarification.. i saw a toshiba laptop at bestbuy.com and its video card is an ATI Radeon X1250.. it says there that is has a 128mb dedicated memory and up to 831mb allocated by windows vista..

however ive check other sites with same video card but the didnt indicated any dedicated memory..

is it possible that bestbuy.com had made a mistake?

Unfortunatly I dont know much about this but personally I would go for NVIDIA GeForce 7150M.

Good luck on your new purchase!

I have seen the 7150m play Oblivion and Doom3 on reasonable settings, that was with a celeron 1.77GHZ and 1gig of RAM(17" widescreen laptop)

Edit: I wouldn't say that it is dedicated more like shared if it has 1gig

Here is a good review of the 7150M
