I can't see anything from that picture. A closer one of just the screen would be better. What does it say?

Sorry I did the photo quickly.

Exactly , really you can't maKe it out the screen is just garbled as if the video is on its way out. I'll post another pic later for better diags.

Can you boot into Windows?
Do so and save a screen shot and post it here.
Print screen (PrtSc), open mspaint (start -> run -> mspaint), paste, save as PNG, upload to imageshack.us or attach to post.
That way we can exclude screen issues. It is however most likely the GFX card and since htis is happening in the BIOS it's probably bust. You could try installing enw drivers and updating the firmware, but good luck.
