Hello all.

Well, my problem... Sunday I noticed that my battery icon was saying "plugged in, not charging". I checked my outlet, my ac adapter, the brick between the two and the port on the laptop. I spoke to an HP tech person and they told me it's something in the computer that needs to be fixed, they said it's a "needle" inside. Not sure. I talked to a couple more people and some had me uninstall the battery in device manager and then search for hardware changes. That worked... temporarily. My battery is fine (I did a check). I am not sure what it is. They sent out a box for me to send it to them but it's the wrong kind of box. But I am not convinced it's something internal. I Googled the problem and it seems that many people have it.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I'm sorry I have an HP G60 235X
