| it seems that when i watch a DVD on my laptop that the picture isnt that great. Is there a setting to fix this? I have a HP Pavillion dv5-1166us laptop that has a blu-ray drive so im wondering is that the reason or what? Any help would be appreciated |

| having a blue-ray drive means that it plays all of the normal stuff, as well as dvds. think of it as a addon, it makes no difference to the other functions. if the picture quality is bad/dodgy, it might be a issue with either your codecs, or the software that you play the dvd within. |
