Default Inspiron tv out?

Please excuse my ignorance but I have an inspiron 1521 and was hoping someone would be kind enough to tell me if it possible to watch BBC i player /sky anytime on my tv through the laptop.
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Got the s video cable but when I connect it to the tv I want to use it on the display is in black and white.
On the brand new tv downstairs it works fine in colour , anybody any ideas why I can't get it in colour on older tvs.

The tv's do have scart sockets but they are 3-4 years old. Just the 4 pin s video plug you showed in laptop and scart in tv.

Had to set it up using the ATI catalyst centre so maybe I have missed a setting for the older tv, I'll have another look tomorrow see if I can see something I might have missed.
Thankyou very much for all your help.
