| I formatted my hard drive and have just reinstalled everything back onto my laptop, but i have got a problem with my keyboard. When i press Shift+2 the @ appears and when press Shift+' the " symbol comes up. Anyone got any ideas why, and how I could fix it?! Thanks in advance Tom |

| It is to do with the keyboard language you have set up, it is doing that because it is set up to wok as an American keyboard, if you press Shift and @ the " symbol will appear To change this go to Control Panel/regional and languages options/languages/details There is will so you probably 2 choices of languages US and UK, just select UK and remove US, this should fix it Hope that helps:)
