I hope this is the right place to put this post.
Please help me, I went onto the bios settings on my laptop to change my user and HDD password. Now every time I boot up my computer, I can't login!!! I changed the password to nothing (like no password) and it the password thing still comes up! I cant login into the the bios settings because of that password. Please help me on what to do. My laptop model number is Acer 9410 |

Did you buy the laptop new, normally the BIOS and HDD passwords are stored on a eeprom that would need to be re-programed by the manufacturer. They will need to see proof of purchase.
