Default Laptop BIOS and Hard Drive Password

I hope this is the right place to put this post.
Please help me,
I went onto the bios settings on my laptop to change my user and HDD password.
Now every time I boot up my computer, I can't login!!! I changed the password to nothing (like no password) and it the password thing still comes up!
I cant login into the the bios settings because of that password. Please help me on what to do.
My laptop model number is Acer 9410

Did you buy the laptop new, normally the BIOS and HDD passwords are stored on a eeprom that would need to be re-programed by the manufacturer. They will need to see proof of purchase.
