Hi, i try to run a game on my laptop and it says "the program has encountered an error and needs to close" and i think it could be because my graphics card isnt good enough, how can i check how much memory my graphics card has? Does a laptop even have a graphics card? Is it possible to upgrade it?

laptop graphics tends to be integrated. check (the back usually) to see if there are VGA sockets and if there are is there a ditch to the side to take it out?

If no to either its not upgradeable. Mine isnt : (

the graphics on the Medion MIM2220 is onboard Intel, its not upgradeable, although i have heard that someone is currently producing an external graphics card, designed specificly for laptops.

Would it definetly be the graphics card thats causing the error "the program has encountered an error and needs to close"?

Well not definatly but i agree with you that its the most likely. It could be an almost infinite amount of things, each with a smaller chnce than the last but unfortunatley theyre all possible : (
