 Laptop Hard Drive Too Small  hi ive a laptop with very small memory. The hard drive is 20gb. the hard drive is a hitachi travelstar 80gn. Ive found out that this type of hard drive is no longer available and does anybody know where i could get a drive with more gb that i could use in my laptop many thanks |

| Laptop Hard Drive Too Small first you need to find out if it is ide or sata ... id presume it is sata then look on ebay for a decent 100 gig hdd for around tenner

i think im correct in saying your hard drive will be in a hosting that will allow it to fit onto the chassis ... take this off and fit it to the new hard drive ;) and then buy a external caddy for £3 of the net and u have a 20 gig external pocket size hdd for 3 quid !
