Sounds like you need to get a few viruses to spice things up!
 nah only joking , i normally use my laptop if I'm to tired to sit at my desktop, the only thing i use mine is for laying in bed and watching stuff on youtube , for everything else i use my desky :).but to answer your question explain a little about your interests and hobbies etc are you really into computers or do you have one just for the sake of it? if your into computers why not learn how to create bat files to amuse yourself (that's if you don't already know how to) , search for cool freeware you'll be surprised what you find. Also try using your laptop as a paper weight?  also making videos and pictures are a good way to pass the time do you have windows movie maker? if so why not make a few music vids or cool picture compilations and upload them to youtube? i have a anime compilation vid that reached 13k views+ in less then 2 weeks and it took a couple days to make so there's a starter :P
