| I have just rebooted my laptop, which has resulted in the scree becoming permanently smaller. i have tried to increase the resolution but havebeen unable to do this. I would verymuch appreciate if anyone could help me solve this problem. |

| Press and hold the function key (fn) and press the monitor key (one of the F keys with a monitor icon).

| is the resolution smaller oris the actual screen smaller? do you have a black box around your screen or jsut a low resolution? |
