Acer quality has taken a dive in recent years, resulting in poor reliability/breakdowns. They do tend to be cheaper, but that's why.

Celeron CPUs are not great either, so together these tend to eliminate your lsted items. Tell us your maximum budget and any preferences, such as screen size, battery life etc. and let's see what we can find for you that is decent

Hmmmm ...... that's an awkward price to find a decent model on the Pentium side .... that money will probably only get you a Celeron.
If you go AMD, you get more for your money ..... check out from Fujitsu, which is good value for money. Dont just take my view though ..... wait a while and see if someone posts a better deal. |

This is a Netbook, not a Laptop .... it has a 11.6" screen and no optical drive and a single core processor ..... did you realise this ?.
If you are looking for a Netbook, I would recommend the Samsung range. |
