| How you turn the touchpad off will be dependent on your laptop model/make.

| if it's a dell, I found that if you tap the pad twice and then drag (holding down on the second tap) it will scroll. I didn't have to turn the function on or install anything. Thats on an Inspirion and I am not sure it'll work on other models or other brands. |

| Follow my above advice and see how that works, I have an Inspiron too and it works perfectly. Double tap and drag, simple as that! Post a reply if that doesn't work and we can see if there are other problems. |
