i have a laptop that wont turn on, even when plugged in. here is a video of it to help diagnose whats could be wrong.

yeah. no dice. same thing. it cant be an HDD problem cuz i would still at least get to the BIOS screen. but i cant even get that far. nothing comes up on the screen.

Have you tried it with a different PSU ? ..... could just be the PSU has died and the battery is flat.

You dont .... it's the black box included in the power lead.

If you have a muti meter check the output of the PSU if not get your local computer repair shop or electrician to check it for you. Have you tried holding the power button down for a few seconds when my laptop goes into Hibernation mode i have to?

Many Laptops use the same or similar PSUs .... see if you can borrow one to try (check voltage) just to test.
Or ....... talk to your friendly repair shop.
