can any one help with dis problem i have a Acer laptop and when it was about to bot to windows then it restart

and i taught it was one of the windows files that has corrupt and i try to reinstall the windows again and I insect xp cd in it and when it was about to come to where you will press enter to continue the windows then it restart, i have tried it several times still the same and i change the memory of the laptop still the same and one of my friends told me that it has "short of power"

can some one help me out of this

It could be overheating, if possible clean the internal fans, they get clogged with dust.

Yes, it sounds as if it is overheating.

It could also be the PSU failing or memory.

I have a acer 5315 and I had the same problem and found out it was just over heating. I Find that a CO2 dust can helps with the over heating. Get a cooling deck (cooling pad or what ever they are called) for your computer and just because its called a laptop it doesn't mean it will survive just on your lap where your covering the holes. try having a check up with your local computer repair just make sure you only get what you pay for because they may want to charge you for things that don't need to be done.
