I went out today and got a new power supply for my laptop cause the standard one broke. It says on the charger that the voltage is ok, but the current is too high (standard is 4.75A, the new charger is 6A). Will this be ok with my laptop or ...

I went out today and got a new power supply for my laptop cause the standard one broke. It says on the charger that the voltage is ok, but the current is too high (standard is 4.75A, the new charger is 6A). Will this be ok with my laptop or am I just asking for trouble?
