You cant, if you have decent cooling you may be able to overclock the gpu, but very unlikely

Dell use dumb BIOS, they remove the options to over clock. You cant do it unless your BIOS is flashed which will void the warranty

I dont think there is any programs to overclock your GPU unless you have a nVidea. I was wanting to do that on my Intel Mobile graphics card. Couldent do it because there was no program to do it... : (

Intel make graphics chipsets, not cards so there is no GPU it uses your CPU as a GPU.

nVidia has the nTune program, ATi has ATi OverDrive.

nVidia has ATItool, evga precision tool, ntune, rivatuner

Ati has ATItool, rivatuner, overdrive and a few more that I can think of

As for overclocking your laptop, just forget about it, if you want to kill it then try, otherwise don't bother

I agree with SocialWarfare. If you overclock, the CPU will get too hot, and probably break. You might take other components with it too

I do know of software used to overclock but im not going to link you to it as I don't want to be held responsible for your broken hardware, I have a few records with laptops but its not from overclocking the CPU its from tightening the timings, thats the only thing thats really possible not unless you have a PCi-e GPU in it
