In case anyone has or is thinking of buying one of the Packard bells Easynotes from Currys (well thats where I bought mine, I expect others sell them as well). Its the highend one with a bigger graphics card (good for gaming) that cost £699.99. Well the option to make a restore CD does not work. (after about 7 coasters lol). Went back to se the nice man at Currys and he said he would make me one on one of their machines. I said you are welcome to try.
After about 3 days he phoned me back and said they had tried it out on 3 Packard bell machines and have now raised the problem with Packard Bell. In the mean time he has sent to Packard bell for a restore CD.
