Can anyone help.? All of a sudden the laptop will not power up. With the battery in, the battery light flashes red-green and the blue power light stays on until the laptop just turns off. With the battery out, on AC power, the blie power light just flashes once then the laptop turns off. Any clues please?

Hi there. How long have you had the laptop? If it is still within the warranty period, I suggest you return it for a refund / repair rather trying to clear the dirt yourself. It would be great if you can give us some clues as to what do those LED colours represent on your laptop. Regards, Jamus

We've had the computer for a couple of years now and the warranty has elapsed. The LED that's flashing red/green is the battery symbol light. For extra info., the laptop will not work on AC only
