ive had my advent laptop for about 1year or so but i really really need to reboot it but it didnt come with discs or anything does any one know how i can put it back to factory settings with out a disc?
any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Unless it came with a disk(s) then probably not.

Why are you needing to reformat?
