I currently have the Samsung D600 which I've had for just over 18 months now. The only real problem was a while ago, when it kept turning itself off and I had to buy a new battery and it has recently started doing it again.

I was thinking about upgrading my contract as I'm with T-Mobile and would prefer to stay with them but include web'n'walk on my phone.

Do you think the best approach would be to call them and see what they say?

Many thanks

It seems to be a design fault on these phones. My daughter had the same trouble and traced lots of others.

Samsung should refund your money.

If you do decide to go over to o2 you can get a bolt on for the web also you can keep your number if you are also worried about that. Nearly all networks provide the same as each other they just call it different things. If you don't fancy an iPhone I would recommend the nokia N95. I have the non 8 gig version and i think it is great, in my car I have a 7 inch lcd tv and connect my phone to it for sat nav (I am a typical bloke, boys with toys, lol)
