Please I Was Using An Ibm Laptop And I Set Hdd Password On It, And Mistakenly Water Pour On It, And It Enterd Into The Board And A Smoke Come From Inside, So I Remove The Harddisk From It And Put It In A External Case And When I Put The External Case In A Computer Pwercome Inside But It Does Not Shows, And I Put It In A Toshiba Tecra Laptop And It Tells Me Hdd Password When I Type The Pass It Does Not Work, And I Can Even Go To Bios

Sounds like you killed the laptop. Put the hard drive in another machine, some password cracking software should help you access it.
