| Right im currently using a desktop computer. It has a network card which is picking up the router downstairs wirelessly. Im wondering, when i get rid of this computer and by a laptop. Will the laptop pick up the belkin router downstairs so i can use it wirelessly ? Im looking to get something like this or this. http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/Acer_Asp ... sion-1.asp http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/product/seo/652382 The current specs of my computer are. Amd Sempron 3100 + , 1.81ghz processor and 226 mb of ram. Will a laptop like those above be better in terms of internet browsing, programme launching etc. Thanks, also, if anybody can recomend any sites or laptops it will be much apreciated. Im looking to spend up to £350. I know its not a lot but it looks like a can get a laptop with better specs then my desktop which i have no problems with as i have reached 926kbps on a 4mb connection or maybe an 8 haha. Im also wondering if it would overheat if i left it downloading all night thanks |

| The Acer looks pretty good. Both have better specs than your current PC. I've had good experiences with Acers so would recommend you buy one of them. Both those laptops are wireless enabled which means they should be able to pick up the wireless connection without any other peripherials. |
