I got my laptop new just last Thrusday and its al lgod except when im playing a game (Assassins Creed) it heats up very hot and so does the power supply/unit, that heats up to be really hot as well. Whats the problem? Nothing actually happens to the computer, its not like it crashes, or frezzes or even slows down, it just heats up alot, what can i do?

The problem is lots of components crammed into a tight case with no air flow. All laptops are the same, this is what they generally have a short self life.

Best advice is to keep it on a nice flat surface when on, putting it on a bed for example, wrapped in a duvet covering all the air vents will make it worse.

I would say it is normal, mine gets very hot too. I even use the power supply to warm my feet under the desk in the winter.

LMAO I'm doing that as i type this.
And to the OP , id recommend getting a cooling rack to put under your laptop as mine over heats on even flat surfaces, i think its due to dust mainly as i can see my fans caked it in.

I have mobile phone under the back of mine so it keeps the fans about 2" away from the table

They all do this.

My theory, ignore it, wait for it to fail then ask the manufacturer for a new one when it breaks.

I warm my feet on one of the laser printers power supplies, I am sure it could power a city considering the size of it lol. Like a shoe box.
