Wireless Remote Presentation Controllers?

Looking for one of those remote control things you can get to control a PowerPoint Presentation from a distance.

I'm thinking either this one:

i know its not quite what your talking about, but i used to have a Sony k850i, and i could control powerpoint via a program that comes on the phone via bluetooth on the pc. i think most recent sonys have it though. if you've got a old sony lying around, or know someone who has, might be a idea :)
