Default Actiontec MI424 and Nortel 221 Vpn

I work for a small company, and for most of our branch offices we have dsl (verizon/sbc/etc) and the Nortel vpn setup wasnt too hard to set up. In one of our sites we converted to Verizon fios for our internet connection, and for the life of me I cannot seem to get the nortel 221 to see thru the router. Has anyone run into this? I beleive I want to bridge the router, even thought actiontec support tells me it doenst support it. Any help or pointers appreciated..I am at wits end!:sigh:
