Any idea how I can find what I'm uploading?

Hi, wanted to check how much I was downloading/uploading per day, week and month before I look @ changing broadband provider.

I instated Net Meter and not that, on average, during the last few hours I've downloaded 36mbs and uploaded 98mbs, I can understand the download amount but not the upload amount!!

Any idea how I can find what I'm uploading??

run -> cmd -> netstat -b will tell you what programs are connected to the internet.
