Hope this is the right forum.

Hi everyone I got a prob with my computer.
I need it to talk with my phone. I know that to do this you have to have bluetooth since my new cell phone is also bluetooth (samsung Helio). Though I cannot get the thing to talk with each other. I dont know if it is turned off on my computer or what. I got a Toshiba sat A105-S4384. I run Windows XP media addition. I will say falt out I know some stuff about computers but not a whole lot.
First off I dont know if the blue tooth is turned on or not on the computer since I can get the phone to turn itself on and search. I have tried going into the bluetooth config program, but all it does is says loading driver, then I wait, then it says plug in device. Then I try my phone with only getting the message no devices. So the big pic is they are not talking with eachother and I do not know if my compter is talking at all. I go through what info I got to start bluetooth it tells me me to open a program configfree. It shows that I should have a bluetooth on devices but I do not. This is as far as I can get. Any suggestions or steps or anything??? Oh and smakking the computer dont work

First off, my phone is a Hue not a Helio, sry just got the thing and for some reason that name stuck in my head. Second, it is suppost to have bluetooth. When I hit start and go through the lists of programs there is a bluetooth option/program tab. It has remote camera, file transfer, info exchanger, and bluetooth settings. When I go through the user guide for the computer it does have bluetooth for it. Only thing I can think of is maybe it has it, but I need to instal something to use it.
