| I bought a bluetooth dongle about 3 years ago, and it worked perfectly for XP, but it isnt compatible for vista 32-bit, as it cant download the driver. It tries to but, cant find anything, so the insalation just fails. There is a cd with it, but it doesnt work either. It can be read on device manager, but says this hardware hasnt been configured. it is a bluesoleil make, and cannot find anything on their site to help either. |

| You will prob find the bluetooth device is only compatable with xp and maybe earlier. if it is 3yo the makers would have gone onto make other dongles and left any o/s updates for it alone and lets be honest theres no money in software updates for thse companies just profit from new models
