If that's the case check under network connections Start - control panel - network connections. chances are if an icon for bluetooth network doesn't come up then you don't have it.

Default BLUETOOTH HELP

Hi I'm new to the forum. Have installed Belkin USB adapter on PC(WinXP) and am using a Plantronics headset to access Skype. Worked for 2 days . Now when I try to connect msg says "device close the connection". I tried uninstalling a number of times, but same problem. Then I tried my Laptop(Vista). Paired succesfully but on the audio tab in bluetooth devices 3xxPlantronics Bluetooth Handa free Audio shows disconnected and if I try to connect it goes back to disconnected.I'm going crazy with this!

Start a new thread with your problem don't hijack another's, and double check the date of the last post because most users will get annoyed if you bump very old posts.
