Default BT Home hub - setting up

Anyone else had problems setting up the BT home hub broadband and going wireless? I install the disc and it gets halfway through, says 'connection failed' and cannot continue so I cant complete the installation -wondered if anyone has any advice?

Default BT Home hub - setting up

Have you checked that your Network (NIC) Card is enabled ?

Also have a check here and see if anything helps.
