Default can't connect

Hi. I am experiencing connection problems, following the disconnection and reconnection of my router. We have two computers in the house, both dependent on this router; one is now connected, the other isn't, and I can't figure out why. Could it be spyware that's blocking it? (I don't even know whether there is spyware on there). Any other possible reasons? It's a PC (my daughter's) and she uses Internet Explorer and msn messaging etc.

Default can't connect

What steps have you taken to try and fix it? eg. Have you searched for a network?
