Here is my set up. Win 2000 Pro, IE7, Firefox 5.0, Linksys Router, ISP is local electric company (Clarksville Department of Electric, TN)

I recently purchased a GoDaddy Domain and economy hosting. When I try to go to my URL via name or directly to the IP address, I get the following message.

Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again. I was able to access everything fine for ONE whole day but prior to that and ever since, it has been the following.

I can use a free proxy and get access.
I can ping without a problem.
Neither Web Browser will access it.
A tracert makes in to "trace complete"
I have cleared cache, rebooted, turned off Bit Defender and Spybot.
I have bypassed router and still the same result.
All other websites seem to be fine.
Everyone outside my home is able to access the page without a problem.
I can FTP into my admin without any problems.

I am assuming it has something to do with my computer settings because the ISP and GoDaddy both say everything is fine on their end.
