| Hi guys, I dont know if this is even possible, but this is what Id like to do: I want to hook up my xbox to my router in a room, and use that router to connect wirelessly to another router in the other room... I dont have a cable that long enough to go from one room to the other, and so I figured if I can connect 2 routers together, I could connect my xbox to my network to play movies on my tv. Any help (including if its to say this is impossible...) would be appreciated! Thanks a lot! |

| You could just get a wireless receiver dongle for the xbox and connect to your current router wireless?

| What routers are you using precisely? It is possible, what you want to do is create a wireless bridge. I have a couple of them around. You won't be able to do it with the stock firmware on the router though... have you looked at the sticky about DD-WRT at the top of this forum?
