There are some routers out there that will help prevent this problem
Were you can get the router to remember key words like (insert anything sexual here)
And when he types those kinda words into his comp the router wont let him access those pages at all

what about the words that are not sexual but still show up porn pages on google, for example google "katsumi"

There's a saying in the IT/hacker/security world: "physical access is root access". If you have physical access to a computer, it is possible to browse anything you want and to circumvent any controls put on the PC. It's likely that since you are asking he knows much more about this than you do, so I doubt it's a battle worth fighting.

Kanoaka and Socialwarfare make good points and a sit-down or discussion on these sites is probably more in order. At 14, it's not likely this is something that's completely out of line either. Of course it's your decision, but any victory through technology is likely to be pyrrhic.
