I'm not 100% sure if i'm in the correct forum for this question but i'll give it a shot. For the past year or so i've been having a problem with my internet connection. When i enter a multiplayer game and exit my cpu will lose connection to the net, but when i look at my icon tray and see my connection speed it will say i'm still connected. the same thing happens when i leave the computer for a while. the screen will go off and when i come back to and try to browse the net i'll always go to the error page. is there a way in fixing this problem?

mabye there is some sort of power setting that turns the lineternet off when you dont use it
