Hi
trying to install a new router Linksys AGV241 ver2 it is new old stock, or in other words it's been lying about in the house for year or so.
I'm having trouble getting the net working, router side is working fine with 3 pc on a LAN. Ive disabled the LAN to try to get the net on one PC to start. All the settings are as my ISP (newnet) documentation and as is working with the modem I'm using now. OS is XP pro with SP3. I try to connect get the connected message then it drops straight off. Thought it may have been the modem still being installed so uninstalled it same result. I have noted recently that when connecting with the modem I'm showing a 733 error though the connection still goes through ok. I believe this is a registery error, anyone know a quick fix or do I have to do a repair with the XP disc. Have tried the Linksy on all 3 PC with the same result and the firmware is the latest from the Linksy site.

Are you certain that is the correct model no. (AGV241) ? ....... as there's no record of that on LInksys website, or from Google search.
