I have a D-Link 302G ADSL modem but just cannot connect to it. I am running Windows XP Home. When powered up I get all the green lights Power, Status, Ethernet & ADSL but I keep getting messages telling me that the ethernet connection (Realtek 8139/810X) has limited or no connection. I am unable to connect to the modem from the browsers (Mozilla & Internet Explorer) and when I try to ping it (10.1.1.1) from the Run or Command prompts I get a "destination host unreachable" error message. I have installed updated drivers for the the 302G but I still cannot get it to respond. :upset:

See if anything here helps .... I take it you have an ethernet cable connected for configuration.
