hi,

a friend of mine wiped out his drivers somehow after reinstalling windows xp...he can't connect to the internet...he has no drivers. are network drivers for the modem? he wants to connect to the internet. On the dell site with the network drivers for his model there's 15 network drivers...how would he know which driver to install so that he can connect to the internet? it's really confusing. what should he do? thanks, please respond as soon as possible.

On this page click on the Network link and start off with :

the Broadcom Driver for the NIC Card - (2nd item)

and the Dell Driver for Wireless - (3rd item)

It would be a good idea to download and install the Chipset Driver, before installing any other drivers.
