Default Device Manager - Networking Info

Hey guys, something that i do not know too much about and am slowly learning , but i thought it would be a good idea to start a thread about it and share any hints & tips about optimizing and cleaning.

I have always wondered what all these connections are under my Network branch, can any of these be disabled or even uninstalled? The only one in that pic that i know is the Marvell Yukon Ethernet connection .

I have looked on many a forum but as usual always ends up going off into complete jibberish.

Cheers
